Not what we say about our blessings,

but how we use them,

is the true measure of our thanksgiving.

Alice and Ken Cromwell will be happy to share information regarding this small group ministry with you. Contact them through the church office - 215-357-4791.
    • Parents and Tiny Christians - If you have a young child, particularly infant – age 2, this class is perfect for you!  You can bring your child with you and discuss parenting issues from a Christian perspective.  Learn from one another and support one another. This class will help you in the most important job you will ever do.
    • Reading the Psalms with Luther - Martin Luther loved the Psalter (Psalms). It was his daily prayer book and an important part of his piety. In this study, we will learn Luther's understanding of the Psalter as a Christ-centered book and its importance to our understanding of living a Christian life. (ends November 23)
    • Joshua: Be Strong and Courageous - Joshua lived a life defined by courage, humility, prayer, and worship. In this course, familiar American history landmarks located in Washington D.C. will illuminate Joshua's story in a way never before experienced. We will also be challenged to be strong and courageous. (ends November 23)
    • Welcome Aboard! is designed for persons interested in an overview of the basic characteristics of the Christian Church, our denomination (The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America - ELCA), and Good Shepherd. Although intended specifically for those considering possible membersinp in the congregation, this offering is open to all. While you’re making your swap, don’t forget to check out the other books available for lending in the Library.

Also, members of the Library Oversight Committee (Georglyn Davidson, Paula Mirabile-Willard, Joan Glaser) would like to remind everyone that they are always open to suggestions or ideas for improving the library and its services. If you have a suggestion for a change or addition - whether in lending materials or in the physical setup of the library, please contact one of them or send them an email at library@gslconline.org.
