WE WILL BE SERVING AT CAST YOUR CARES SOUP KITCHEN on Saturday, March 28. We would love to have you be a part of this ministry, either by cooking or by serving in Kennsington. The menu is chicken noodle casserole, hot vegetable of your choice, and brownies/cookies. Food should be placed in lasagna-sized (13 ½ in. x 9 5/8 in. x 2 ¾ in.), foil covered aluminum pans. Chicken Casserole

4 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 lb. Medium noodles, cooked and drained
1-4oz. jar pimiento (optional)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk

Mix soups and milk together and heat until smooth. Add cooked chicken and noodles.
