Yes, this is the time to start thinking about collecting school supplies for children who need help to get a successful education. Stores often start having sales on school supplies during July. Items that are needed include: Pencils, crayons, erasers, blunt tip scissors, highlighters, post it notes, backpacks, 12-inch rulers, glue sticks, and tissues. Anything that you feel could be used in elementary school.
